All activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pavillion88 customer support immediately for account protection measures.
- Registration information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
- The name registered on your account must match the name used for payment transactions.
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another party.
- The use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Users of the pavillion88 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the pavillion88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits made using another person's account or card are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to pavillion88's current policies and your chosen payment method. For the latest limits, check the deposit section in your account. Successful deposits cannot be reversed.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may be made by registered users who have completed the identity verification process. pavillion88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions on pavillion88 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms set for each offer. Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses — will result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Account Suspension & Closure
Pavillion88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraud, breach of terms, system abuse, or any illegal activity. In cases of closure due to a violation, account balances linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
Users may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the review process, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

Pavillion88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version.
Governing Law
